Spider-Morphosi is a main villain in one of The Amazing Spider-Man issues called #437. He turned evil because he was sprayed in the face by one of Plantman's Mutagenic Flowers which burned off part of his face and turned it into sand. Since then he has been recovering from the incident and turned really evil because of what happened. But eventully he turned back to normal and turned into a tree back then. In the comics as you can see, Spider-Man eventully undergoed this transformation when he was sprayed in the face by one of the dangerous poison flowers which meant bad luck for him. And that's what happened later to him.
So there you guys have some information about the villain. It mostly talks about what happened to him and how he undergoed the operation and transformation. It's really cool because he is one of the first villains who ever made it into the game. We did'nt know too much about the character until now because now a skin has revealed what he's gonna look like in the brand new Spider-Man game that is soon set to come out. It's a pretty cool skin that you can unlock and it is really awesome to play around with him because you get to control him a lot in this one in missions and jobs that you have to do.
