The Dark Knight Rises New SFX Supervisor Chris Corbould Talks About The Tumbler Video

Warner Bros brought back The Dark Knight Rises marketing to the TT Circuit Assen, A motorsport race which takes place in Assen, Neatherlands. Special effects supervisor Chris Corbould was there with the Bat-Pod and the camoflage Batmobile Tumbler from The Dark Knight Rises. Corbould has been working with the director Christopher Nolan on Batman movies since Batman Begins. In an interview Corbould explained that The Dark Knight Rises will be his last Batman movie that he works on. Check out the brand new video to see Corbould talk about the design of the Tumbler. The Dark Knight Rises New Fan-Made Wallpaper

I really enjoy creativity and when Batman fans get creative with the Batman character. He is a popular superhero around the world. This is also a wallpaper i found that you can use to brighten your desktop with. Anyways it was made by a Batman fan named Paul and boy does he do excellent work. This was a recent movie wallpaper he did and he did this with the Bane, Batman, And also of course for Catwoman which we previously saw before. It was drawn by our friend Paul and of course not all of it was drawn. Only The Joker (Heath Ledger version) on the far right hand side. He added it to the already famous graphic art used to advertise The Dark Knight Rises Batman Movie. He felt like they needed to make an image of The Joker but they did'nt. So, He did! Well i think Paul did a great job. It blends in very nicely and really looks like it belongs, Cool!

The Dark Knight Rises New Time To Play U-Command Bat-Pod From Thinkway Toys Video

Okay so the new movie will be coming out on July 20th, 2012, And Time To Play have just released a brand new video showing the brand new U-Command Bat-Pod from Thinkway Toys which is remote controlled. The U-Command Bat-Pod comes with a remote control and features great detail and quality from the movie. It has lights and sound and also has about 1,000 action sequence combinations that makes it fun to play with. It also has 12 buttons that makes the Bat-Pod perform different actions and play sound effects and has about 20 Batman phrases from the movie. The lights and sounds also light up and the Bat-Pod can go up, Down, Left, And right, It comes with a wireless remote control with 2 joysticks which makes it easy to control and also comes with a non removable Batman Action Figure which cannot be taken off because he's meant to be that way. The Dark Knight Rises Viral Marketing Bruce Wayne Responds Lucius Fox's Concerns About Wayne Enterprises New Letter

Earlier this week, A letter from Lucius Fox was updated and revealed his concerns over Wayne Enterprises and how this situation would not be solved. Now today Bruce Wayne's response was revealed. Here's what he had to say to Lucius Fox about Wayne Enterprises,

The Dark Knight Rises Viral Marketing There's Trouble At Wayne Enterprises New Letter Written To Lucius Fox

Just today Mountain Dew updated us with a pretty cool brand new feature which was updated previously in The Applied Sciences Lab section of DewGothamCity.com was updated today with a secret letter from Lucius Fox to Bruce Wayne. In the letter Lucius Fox voices his concern over Wayne Enterprises and also about a situation which is happening. Here's a short excerpt:

…if you want the company to continue to fund your efforts, I think it is time to give the Board more than just the overview they already have…I can see a couple of Board members already maneuvering to build influence around the table, most notable John Daggett, who I feel is the last person we want to engage in a power struggle…

I've been told that we will be able to hear Bruce Wayne's reply a little later this week but keep checking back at the site for updates. Here's also the full letter as well!


Dear Bruce,

I hope this letter finds you well.  Although I would have liked to have had this conversation with you personally, Alfred tells me I am better off writing as you are not receiving any visitors at the moment.  That being the case, I’ll do my best to detail what I feel is becoming a situation within the company.

It’s a given that in the current economic climate our investors have become increasingly concerned about how their money is being spent.  As such, our own profitability is being judged and analyzed, particularly by the Board itself.  In the past, we haven’t given them any reason to worry as both our earnings and spending have been consistent.  This allowed us the autonomy to dedicate resources to Wayne philanthropic programs as well as our own R&D endeavors.  But over the past five quarters, our earnings have been on the downtrend.  Meanwhile, our R&D spending has been on an astronomical uptrend.  And as the black grows fainter around the entire company, I am being put into a position where I have to answer certain questions, particularly about your energy project.

No one is going to dispute the fact that innovation is key to our growth and success.  It’s a mainstay of our business, which is all the more reason why the Board has begun to scrutinize our R&D budget and set their sights on your machine.  Since they don’t know exactly what you’re up to, all they understand is a vast amount of capital is being spent on something they now deem as fruitless – quest for clean energy.  Herein lies the problem.

The last time we spoke, you expressed your reluctance to move the project forward and initiate the next phase of trials.  I understand your argument as to why.  But if you want the company to continue to fund your efforts, I think it is time we give the Board more than just the overview they already have, enlightening them on what this project will mean to Gotham if you are successful.  On a personal note, I’d also like to let them know that with age, Bruce Wayne has decided to fill his father’s shoes, using Wayne Enterprises and all its resources to readily and reliably support our city.

Nothing bad can come from this, Bruce.  But if you decide not to address the issue at hand, I am not sure how long I can keep the Board at bay.  Making matters more difficult is your absence.  I am assuming you have your reasons for it and it is not my job to question those, but I fear that if you are going to drop off the radar for an extended period of time, we may risk another Bill Earle situation.  I can see a couple [of] Board Members already maneuvering to build influence around the table, most notably John Daggett, who I feel is the last person we want to engage in a power struggle.

When I agreed to take on this role I knew full well what the job and our agreement entailed.  I am also well aware of your preferred ways of handling all matters relating to Wayne Enterprises However, I must tell you that we are quickly approaching a set of circumstances that will unfortunately call for a change if we do not address the Board.  Change in most instances is not a bad thing, but in this regard I am worried.  I’m sure you consider my pessimism to be just another part of my charm.  That may be the case, but let’s remember: you didn’t hire me for my charm.

The Dark Knight Rises New Bane Vs Batman Portrait By Barry Finegan Video

A Batman fan called Barry Jazz Finegan sent in a video that was too awesome not to share. Now this video shows him drawing the charcoal portrait which recreates one of the still photos from The Dark Knight Rises which features Batman Vs Bane and shows them fighting with each other. Check out the pretty cool video which was shot with over 14 hours. The detail in this portrait is incredible!

The Dark Knight Rises New Fan-Made Bane Movie Poster

Okay, So this movie poster is not official. But it was made by a Batman fan who i don't even know. He did a great job on this movie poster and the background of Gotham City burning is a pretty cool effect. Bane also looks like he's holding his coat and looking at the flames and the fire that is causing destruction to the city. Now this may be photoshopped but i think he did a great job on it. The fire also over Bane is also very nice and it looks pretty cool. Now i don't think since this poster was photoshopped, Then it might not be real, But we will have to wait and see. But after all he did a great job and i wanna congratulate him on it. Thanks so much my friend, You have done a great job with the background and also the city looks very nice. I wanna thank you in return and i hope that you can keep creating these fan-made movie posters. I love it when Batman fans get creative with the character. Greyhound announced today that they will be doing a contest called Go Greyhound To Gotham City. The contest will start today and will end pretty soon. Greyhound also did a press release for the full contest and here's what they had to say about it!

In this featurette the actor Andrew Garfield talks about his Spider-Man suit and how there are changes to it. He describes the suit as being easy for him to wear and he knows what to do in it when he is inside of it. It looks like people have got their wish or maybe not. But a Spider-Man fan has just released a brand new video where he purchased The Amazing Spider-Man Video Game and he also talks about the playable original classic Sam Raimi Spider-Man suit character skin that he earned and unlocked after he pre-ordered the game. The suit can be unlocked if you pre-order the video game and it appears to be an extra bonus similar to the Rhino or Stan Lee playable characters that we've seen before. The Dark Knight Rises Bane's Mysterious Device Revealed

Since the very first set photos surfaced of this strange and mysterious device. Speculation has been running rampant, There were many people that believed that it was an earthquake device that would destroy the world and cause an earthquake that would scare many people away. While others proposed and thought that it was a nuclear bomb, Well the ideas were the few that were bandied about, And now we have the proof that Bane's device is actually a fusion reactor. So you can stop all the speculation now as this latest photo of it was revealed.

Fusion reactors have been getting a lot of press recently because they offer some major advantages over other power sources. They will use abundant sources of fuel, they will not leak radiation above normal background levels and they will produce less radioactive waste than current fission reactors.

Nobody has put the technology into practice yet, but working reactors aren't actually that far off. Fusion reactors are now in experimental stages at several laboratories in the United States and around the world.

Now if i remember correctly this device was like the one used by Doc Ock in Spider-Man 2. Where he invents a strange device and he threatens to tear up Manhatten with it. But fails because Spider-Man saves Mary Jane Watson from total destruction and he even saves the city as well. Being that and leading up to what happened. It could be that Doc Ock and Bane both share the same device and that is if the rumor was true then yes it is true. Now you finally have your answer and it looks like it is true? Indeed this device is simiular to the one used in the Spider-Man 2 movie and yes it looks the same but only different this time around because Bane wants to destroy Gotham City with it but Batman has to stop him from doing it before it's too late and it blows up destroying the city and Batman is destroyed and killed in the explosion. Maybe he might stop it somehow from doing that!

Marvel Select just updated us with some really cool information today and it's just amazing. They said that they will be putting both of these 2 special versions out on shelves. The news i heard is incredible and because the movie's just about around the corner. Here's what they had to say!

The Dark Knight Rises New Synopsis Finally Confirms Talia Al Ghul

Batman fans are still waiting to see the most anticipated Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises. But now a new synopsis reveals that the actress Marion Collitard will be playing Talia Al Ghul. The daughter of Ra's Al Ghul who avenges her father's death.

It was reported all along that Marion Collitard would do the role of Talia Al Ghul. But in an interview she said No i'm not playing the role of Talia Al Ghul because i think that would be just not who i would play as. Instead she changed her mind and said that she voulenteered to play as Miranda Tate. A woman who works as a CEO Board Member at Wayne Enterprises who helps out Bruce Wayne with his father's phillintrophic deeds through Gotham City.

Even though Marion Collitard was rumored to play as Talia Al Ghul. This is the synopsis that might have confirmed it.

In this third installment of the latest Batman franchise, a new threat arises in Gotham in the form of Bane, a nearly indestructible new enemy, who joins forces with Talia Al‘Ghul, the deadly new leader of the League of Shadows (a group Batman barely defeated in the first film); and who also happens to be the daughter of the martial arts master who originally trained Bruce Wayne. Further complicating matters, Batman must join forces with an untrustworthy new ally, in the form of Catwoman, if he is to have any chance at saving Gotham from this powerfully dangerous combined new threat.

now even though the rumor was confirmed. It was noted that these research studies showed no hint about who the actress Marion Collitard would play. So there you go, Marion Collitard was just keeping it a secret when she flat out denied that her character was actually Talia Al Ghul. That said, Those rumors floating around right about right now are just not true. Although that does not mean that she will play the character. It's not a big deal to think about. But Miss Al Ghul might make an apparence. But that's what you may never know. Just my thoughts on if she will be playing the character.

It seems that this synopsis is not new at all and has been floating around since last year when it was supposed to be attached to a research survey back then too. This causes me to question it's legitimacy. What does this have in common and why, Well a lot of reports from what i've heard have caused me to know and find out about why this is not true and why the website sources say it's true. It also talked about other movies and showed a survey. But still no official confirmation for Talia, So we will just have to consider this as a rumor for now at least!

The Amazing Spider-Man New Hot Toys 1/6 Scale Collectible Figuirine Limited Edition Spider-Man

Hot Toys have released some brand new photos of their upcoming 1/6 scale collectible limited edition Spider-Man figurine. And while they did not reveal the headsculpt at all to their fans, It's good to know that Hot Toys is going to be doing this line. The texture on the suit and on the Spider-Man mask looks amazing and the same can be said for the Spider-Man Logo on the front of his chest. The sewn lines just look awesome and there's no denying that this figure is going to have any problems. And like the first Spider-Man 1/6 scale collectible figure they did for Spider-Man 3. This 1/6 scale collectible Spider-Man figure is a brand new one that beats the other one right out of the water. Now it's great that we are getting an actual movie figure of this. Now say hello to the latest inceration of your favorite web crawler and web slinger. But please go bug your favorite retailers right now for availibility and cost!

Sideshow Toys has it on pre-order for a December 2012 ship out, The 1/6 scale collectible Spider-Man limited edition figure is priced and goes for about $204.00 per dollars. Remember though that the figure does not ship out until December so you will have to wait until it comes in order to get this figure.

And while most of you are still out there waiting for Hot Toys to make something else. I personally want to see them do the entire line. I mean without The Lizard or without Captain George Stacy. How are people gonna know when they will announce some more 1/6 scale figures out of the line and not just one. We really need to see them do other figures besides this. Still the detail and quality looks like from the movie and it's amazing, He has articulation to where you could pose him in any way you want, And he will come with some interchagable hands and also some web slingers and will come with an extra unmasked interchagable head. We really don't know how the head will turn out but it looks like the likeness to the actor Andrew Garfield will have to wait a little bit longer. It's being kept under wraps for now. But soon we will get to see what it looks like. Right now they blurred out the face meaning that the headsculpt is not final yet and they also are still working on more interchagable hands for Spider-Man. The concept art is just a prototype for what they are gonna look like and along with the figure they will look awesome. He also does come with a stand that you could put him on which works better with some 1/6 scale collectible figures and it's actually awesome. Now if only they could do The Lizard next and maybe Captain George Stacy then we would get some perfect 1/6 scale collectible figures out there. This is just my thoughts on if they are going to make some. Still it would be nice if i saw them try to do it!

The Amazing Spider-Man Movie Poster Focuses On The Lizard Spotted At A Bus Shelter

In many places and citys right now, They are putting up some brand new Spider-Man billboards up for the brand new movie which will be coming out pretty soon. Spider-Man fans will not have to wait any longer as the movie will come out pretty soon and it's almost here.

At a bus shelter in the USA. They have put up a movie poster which focuses on The Lizard and he is shown setting his sights on Spider-Man. It seems that when Dr Curt Conners was in his laborotory. He injected himself with a needle which had a syringe on it and he became a monster.

Of course he worked at Oscorp Industries and was a brillient scientist with his daughter Gwen Stacy. He worked and liked to see Peter Parker who was his student and he was in high school but got bullied a lot by Flash Thompson, So that's why though but the movie so far is getting a lot of news and buzz from many of it's fans and all of them really want to see it though.

The Dark Knight Rises New Low Res Picture Of John Blake

Okay so the new movie will be coming out on July 20th, 2012, And Warner Bros have just released a brand new photo featuring the Gotham City Police Department Police Officer John Blake. John Blake became a police officer when he wanted to join Lt. Jim Gordon who was the leader of the Gotham City Police Department. Therefore he wanted to prove that helping out Bruce Wayne in need when his parents were shot and killed. John Blake has a position applied and he became the first Sergent and was ready to be a police officer. At that time his parents left him and he was sad and alone because of what happened. Then John Blake practiced and became a police officer protecting the innocent from evil and in the battle for good vs. evil. John Blake became the first police officer and he looked over Gotham City but also over his friend Bruce Wayne when he was not feeling well. The Amazing Spider-Man 6 Brand New Stills Released

Okay so the new movie will be coming out on July 3rd, 2012, And Sony Pictures have just released six brand new stills for the brand new movie and they look very cool so far, The first photo shows Spider-Man shooting his web slingers while he is swinging through New York City, Now i think what most people said about the web slingers was not true and that they were not invented in the previous Spider-Man movies. You see when Peter Parker was first in high school he went to a laborotory and while he was there he wanted to know all about science, But then a mysterious spider came out of nowhere and bit him giving him spider-like powers and the ability to shoot web out of his hand. Not only that but he also could fly around the city and could swing from one place to another without help. And by that time Peter Parker did not even need web shooters but when he invented them in his uncle's basement. It helped him realize that not only was his uncle important and better at inventing things. But also knowing how he would take out bad guys, It seemed possible for him to make those because it would help him to fight crime and to stop evil with and it looks very cool as well. The second photo shows Peter Parker inventing his weapons below his uncle's basement. You see in high school Peter Parker was a very smart man and was very intelligent but he was bullied and was also teased a lot by his bully Flash Thompson. Now Flash Thompson wanted to get revenge on Peter Parker because he thought that he does not look nice and that he's also a bad person. But Peter Parker decided to take revenge back at Flash Thompson and decided to stop him so that he would not mess around with him anymore and decided that he was enough with being teased and that he always hated Flash Thompson because he called him mean names and also said rude things to him and so he decided to take revenge against him at the Basketball court in high school. Here Peter Parker is trying to re construct the web shooters and practice aiming at certain targets if he either missed them or did not hit them at all which is very cool. The third photo shows Dr Curt Conners who is a scientist at Oscorp Industries and he looks like he's operating a cell phone. Dr Curt Conners was a very intelligent and smart scientist and he knew Peter Parker when he was from high school and came to his laborotory to study how things are made and what kind of creations Oscorp Industries does. You see when Peter Parker was in high school, He went on a school trip to go meet with Dr Curt Conners who was very fond and very amazed to see him at his laborotory and he looks very nice. The smile on his face is amazing and he looks like he's glad to meet Peter Parker who is a student in high school which is very nice. The fourth photo shows George Captain Stacy who is a head of the New York Police Department and he's also Gwen Stacy's father. You see Captain Stacy thought that Spider-Man was a criminal who must be arrested and stopped before he becomes a threat to someone and he also thought he was a dangerous guy and a menace to everyone. So he wanted to stop him and bring him into police custody, It looks very cool because he might be looking at Peter Parker who is Spider-Man and must be thinking how he could stop him which is very nice. The fifth photo shows Flash Thompson yelling at Peter Parker while he was in the high school playground. It looks like Flash Thompson is mad at Peter Parker because he messed around with him and he looks like he was not joking around because he managed to hurt him very badly. Because he was messing around and Flash Thompson was angry with him and Gwen Stacy was also mad with him and she hated him a lot because she did not like to see him at all and it looks pretty nice as well. Then the sixth photo shows Gwen Stacy and she does not look too happy at all which is very nice. Stay tuned for more news like this!
