Okay so the new movie will be coming out on July 3rd, 2012, And Sony Pictures have just released their first brand new TV Spot featuring the web slinging hero Spider-Man in it. The TV Spot features brand new footage and we get details about it appearing on America's Got Talent with a 4 minute preview that will be aired during the premire.
