Okay so i know this is not official at all. But the actor Matthew Modine has decided to share a fan made movie poster on his Twitter account showing the police commissioner Nixon Foley. I like the words Rise on this and the rain looks the same as it's dripping everywhere which is a nice effect. From what i can tell this is the same movie poster where we saw Batman, Catwoman, And Bane standing in, And now we have Nixon Foley standing in one as well which is very nice considering he will lead his police team in the movie.
