The Dark Knight Rises By Hot Toys Ani-Com 2012

Folks heading off to the annual Ani-Com event this weekend in Hong Kong will be in for a treat of The Dark Knight proportions, for Hot Toys will be unveiling their 1/6 scale Catwoman/Selina Kyle from The Dark Knight Rises. (Image here by Plastic Enemies) as seen at the central dedicated display arena, featuring the frontage of a town hall diaroma encased in winter just right in front of Bane's Camo Tumbler, And the massive vehicle The Bat in 1/6 scale! Really nice and what sight it really is.

The Answer To Where The Joker Was In The Dark Knight Rises Revealed

Many rumors regarding Heath Ledger's The Joker character have been made at least a lot of times before The Dark Knight Rises movie even came out and still surface online. But today Nuke The Fridge has posted the official novilization of what appears to be that The Joker is only in the book. Christopher Nolan has said that even after the release of the film, He would'nt mention the character or even the villain as a sign for respect to the actor. People still thought if he had a cameo like using some unused footage from The Dark Knight in The Dark Knight Rises. But it appears that it would never happen, Here's what they had to say about the book!

Now that the Dent Act had made it all but impossible for the city’s criminals to cop an insanity plea, it (Blackgate Prison) had replaced Arkham Asylum as a preferred location for imprisoning both convicted and suspected felons. The worst of the worst were sent here, except for the Joker, who, rumor had it, was locked away as Arkham’s sole remaining inmate. Or perhaps he had escaped. Nobody was really sure. Not even Selina.

Weather this is the details that regarded it or if it never happened at all. Nolan made a good point saying that he would never use the character anywhere at all and it was not even true at all. But just imagine a scene when Batman goes to Arkham Asylum to visit The Joker and discuss Bane's attack on Gotham City. In fact it's hard to imagine The Dark Knight Rises not being a completely different film by then. Regardless, At least this still offers some resolution as to where The Joker was during the events of the finale to Nolan's trilogy. 

First Look At Hot Toys The Dark Knight Rises Catwoman Figure

A few lucky folks have been given early access to Ani-Com 2012's show floor. While displays were being setup photographs were taken of Hot Toys' display case for their The Dark Knight Rises products. The most intriguing piece is the figurine of Selina Kyle/Catwoman as we've only seen recently a teaser image.

LOS ANGELES, CA, JULY 20, 2012 - Academy Award® winning composer Hans Zimmer and leading music app developer RjDj have created a groundbreaking new app: The Dark Knight Rises Z+ for iPhone and iPod touch, available now on the App Store. The app immerses fans in a one-of-a-kind sonic experience that syncs daily life with the sonic world of Gotham City. Through the use of proprietary audio technology, The Dark Knight Rises Z+ blends Zimmer's evocative score for Christopher Nolan's film with the user's surroundings to create a personal augmented sound experience.

The Dark Knight Rises Z+ includes three-augmented music pieces based on the themes of the story. The Z+ technology enhances the sound; letting the user experience the soundtrack as Zimmer and Nolan intended it to be heard in the movie. The app features two modes: Manual (where users choose what they hear) and Autopilot. In Autopilot mode, the app crafts a custom sonic world by instantly responding to a user's location, movements, time of day, and other factors to generate the ultimate real life soundtrack. "I'm hoping to give fans of this beloved trilogy the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the sounds capes and atmospheres of the world of the Dark Knight," said Zimmer. The App also includes a unique "Fly the Bat" mode. By rotating and tilting their device users can interact with the original movie sound effects created by Academy Award® winning sound designer Richard King. Users will also be able to download a special "Story Time" feature within the app to hear an exclusive behind-the-scenes discussion with Zimmer and director Christopher Nolan.

"Hans sets creative goals for a project higher than you ever thought possible or practical," said Christopher Nolan. "He took the same approach with The Dark Knight Rises, crafting a magnificent and totally unexpected suite for our new villain as we were just starting to shoot."


The Dark Knight Rises Z+ App is available for free from the App Store on iPhone and iPod touch or at www.itunes.com/appstore. Additional Z+ content is available via In-App Purchase; including a special "Origins" pack that features an extra 55 minutes of music. "Origins" comprises four original suites ("Wayne Manor", "Bane", "Selina Kyle", and "Orphan"), representing the musical DNA for The Dark Knight Rises. Zimmer wrote these pieces while the film was in the early stages of development, and they served as the blueprints for what would become the final soundtrack.

The Dark Knight Rises is a presentation of Warner Bros. Pictures, in association with Legendary Pictures. Opening in theatres and IMAX on July 20th, 2012, the film will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company.

More 1/4-scale Batman Collectible Teases From Hot Toys

With the latest reveal teaser of their upcoming 1/4th-scale collectible Batman figurine from The Dark Knight Rises Batman Movie which will be coming out pretty soon. They release another teaser which shows this time a torso which means that they will be soon revealing this. With all of the torture i've gotten from Hot Toys. It looks like that we will have to wait again for another teaser and only time will tell when that's ready!! Folks going to the Hong Kong Anti-Com will get a glimpse of this figure which will be revealed along with Catwoman.

Folks, I don't have an exact release date for this yet or anymore news. But please stay tuned and as soon as i find out more information then i will let you know. The figure is expected to come with a base with Bane's mask lying down on it with a dirty look and feel to it. 2 grapple guns, And also 2 E.M.P. Blasters that Batman will use in the movie. The Dark Knight Rises - Photos From the Movie Premier in Newark, New Jersey,

I know i have been a little busy, So that was why i was not able to post anything at all. But when i heard about this i knew that it had to be posted. So i posted it for all of you guys to see.

You see our friends who live in Newark, New Jersey, They went to the movie premier there to go see The Dark Knight Rises Batman Movie and while there. They dressed up in some of the outfits and clothing that some of the characters wore in the new Batman Movie. They dressed up as Batman in The Dark Knight Batman Movie Version, Catwoman Movie Version, Bane Tom Hardy Movie Version, Batman Adam West Batman TV Show Version, And also as The Joker, (Heath Ledger Version).

Check out these photos that were shared by some friends of ours in New Jersey, They all went together to The Dark Knight Rises Movie Premier in Newark (midnight showing) a few days ago. Most of them even showed up in costume! The basic report is that they enjoyed the movie, Had lots of fun, plus, both Children and Adults went crazy over the costumed characters!!

Batman Actor Christian Bale Visits Victims In Colorado Hospital

OK, This is a pretty cool story and one that i'm very proud to report. Now if i have my info correct, yesterday The Dark Knight Rises Actor Christian Bale, who obviously played as Batman in the recent Bat-Trilogy movies, went to a Colorado Hospital and visited a few of the victims of the recent Aurora Movie Premier Tragedy. It's important to note that Bale was not representing Warner Bros Entertainment in any way, But went on his own. Here's a few photos i was able to find.

Now i gotta say, "Oh man, how cool is this?!!". I hope that in some way Christian Bale sees this post (not really gonna happen) and i want to thank him for being a true hero and a decent stand-up guy. This is a very heart-warming story. Thank you Mr. Bale! I also want to extend my deepest condolences to everyone touched by this hideous event. The only good thing to come out of it is we might all become united in raising above this tragedy.

Mr. Bale! Your work on visiting the Colorado Hospital was a success. I hope that you find faith in these victims and that we can all work together to help raise above this tragedy. I know it's been hard for you to visit the victims at the Colorado Hospital and we know that it's really tragic and sad. But we hope that you can become a true hero sometime later like this again. We really love you Mr. Bale!! And you deserve credit for taking part in this event. It was nice to see you help out the victims. I was so touched by this story because it was so heart-warming!!
