The Amazing Spider-Man New Stand Up To Cancer T-Shirts

Stand Up To Cancer has joined Sony Pictures to make some brand new Spider-Man T-Shirts that are something that people can wear when it's difficult to get past the disease or if you have already encountered it. Here is also their full press release they made as well.


Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) is proud to collaborate with the upcoming Columbia Pictures Film, The Amazing Spider-Man, for a line of special co-branded t-shirts. Launching May 18th, and just in time for the movie's summer debut on July 3rd, these exclusive new designs feature both the iconic The Amazing Spider-Man artwork and hero messaging encouraging everyone to take action against the disease. The co-branded t-shirts also feature Stand Up To Cancer's signature upward arrows logo with slogans such as, "Be Amazing, Stand Up To Cancer." The full line of tees, in youth's, men's and women's sizes, will be available for purchase online at store.standup2cancer.org/shop with proceeds benefiting SU2C. 

 "One of the great things about Peter Parker is he's a regular guy from Queens who is transformed into a hero," said Andrew Garfield, the star of The Amazing Spider-Man. "These shirts underscore the idea that anyone has the power to be a hero. Cancer is one of our greatest villains. I'm proud to join others in standing up to this disease."

 Garfield made a big stir at the 2011 Comic-Con convention when he wore a SU2C T-shirt while addressing a large group of Spider-Man fans. Pictures of Garfield went "viral" and prompted T-shirts sales and high traffic back to the SU2C site "We're grateful to everyone at Columbia and Marvel for enlisting this iconic superhero in the fight against cancer," said Pam Williams, SU2C co-founder. "Part of the Spider-Man mythology is the idea that ‘with great power comes great responsibility,' and Sony, Marvel and everyone on the film is holding up that pledge with this campaign. Our beloved co-founder Laura Ziskin, who was key to the success of both the Spider-Man franchise and SU2C, would have absolutely loved these designs and their message of empowerment."

 Laura Ziskin, the legendary film producer who executive produced the 2008 and 2010 Stand Up To Cancer telecasts, also produced three Spider-Man features, the last of which became the highest-grossing film in Sony's history. At the time of her death in June 2011, she was at work on The Amazing Spider-Man. As one of the co-founders of SU2C who had cancer, she helped shape the movement, ensuring that the patient's perspective was always front and center. 


Stand Up To Cancer is a charity which will collect huge funds to go to the orginiation for someone who has had cancer before. If you had cancer before and you wish to make a helpful donation to the charity then you can do so at their website. Right now they will have pre-orders for some brand new Spider-Man T-Shirts that can be purchased and you can support yourself as well while standing up to the disease and you can make it count. If you are also getting the disease then please donate and you will get better as well. And also millions of lives can be saved if you make a donation and you can fight the disease. Warner Bros Pictures have just released a brand new different banner featuring Batman centered around Gotham City's turmoil. It looks like everytime i turn around, Warner Bros manages to release some brand new banners which are pretty cool. Unlike the other banners we saw featuring Batman, Catwoman, And Bane, This one is a little different because it focuses on the hero Batman centered around Gotham's turmoil and the destruction that has happened. The fake snow is really nice and the Batman Logo crumbling to pieces is also a very nice touch. Batman also has his mouth open and looks like he is looking at someone while they are fighting. Okay so the new movie will be coming out on July 20th, 2012, And McFarlane Toys have just announced that they will be making a brand new action figure based on the Pittsburgh Steelers Football Player Hines Ward to promote the movie's release. They have said that they will soon be working on a brand new action figure and making it based on the famous Football Player Hines Ward who is going to appear in the new movie. The brand new Hines Ward Action Figure will have fantastic detailing and quality from the movie as well as on his base with the Batman Logo crumbling to pieces. He will have 5 points of articulation so you could pose him in any catching or running pose you want. And he will come with a base and a football which means that you can recreate that scene in the movie when he scores a final touchdown run with the football while running away from Bane's sinkhole. And while he is on the Gotham Rogues team which is very nice to do. This will soon be hitting comic shops pretty soon so be sure to pretty much watch out for it. Not sure of an exact release date yet. But here's a prototype photo for what it's gonna look like. In this brand new video Peter Parker seems to be yelling at The Lizard mainly because he is not Dr Curt Conners and he keeps telling him Dr Curt Conners This Is Not You Stop It Now Stop It Right Now which means that he may be yelling at him to stop causing mass destruction of the city. These videos feature Dr Curt Conners talking in his lab about animal testing and how he had injected himself with some serum that will transform him into The Lizard. It's very cool and this may be a mystery that we have not known about yet. This may lead to another clue that Dr Curt Conners will transform into The Lizard and he will stop Spider-Man at all costs no matter what it takes. Enjoy!

The Amazing Spider-Man New High Quality Promo Images

Okay so the new movie will be coming out on July 3rd, 2012, And Sony Pictures have just released some brand new high quality promotional photos featuring the web slinger Spider-Man. The first photo shows Spider-Man running. He is going to get to the scene of the crime and is not going to let any bad guys or criminals get away from him which is very nice. The second photo shows Spider-Man sitting down. It looks like he is waiting on top of a building in order to catch a criminal which is very nice as well. The third photo shows Spider-Man swinging around the city and shooting his web out of his left hand while swinging on it. It looks like he is about to stop a criminal by swinging through the city which is fantastic. The fourth photo shows Spider-Man sitting down and aiming his web slingers at someone. He could be aiming his hands at some bad guys or criminals but we are really not sure about it yet. But we will find out soon, The fifth photo shows Spider-Man turning his back to look at something. We get a really nice look at the Spider-Man Logo as well which looks fantastic. Plus he could be looking at a criminal and from the look of it. It looks like he might be looking at someone which is pretty awesome. The sixth photo shows Spider-Man swinging around the city on his web and it looks very nice. He is also looking at you which makes this even more awesome and it looks really nice to see him do that which is very nice as well. It's a surprise and also guessing about what happened would be very serious and the situation which happened in an allyway and is pretty scary because once you think about it. Then it sounds creepy. Of course everyone was wondering if Selina Kyle is also a burgler who likes to break into mansions and steal jewelry and it looks like you have your answer right here. Okay so the new movie will be coming out on July 3rd, 2012, And Sony Pictures have just released a brand new behind the scenes photo of Spider-Man inside a drain. While they were filming the movie in New York City actor Andrew Garfield wanted to wait for a scene and do it and he told somebody if he could do it and they said yes and so he did the scene and he fought with The Lizard inside the sewer which was very nice while trying to rescue Gwen Stacy. The Dark Knight Rises New Promo Art Of Batman And Bane In High Quality

Okay so the new movie will be coming out on July 20th, 2012, And even more brand new promo art has been released this time showing Batman and Bane in more better High Quality. The first photo shows Bane's face and he looks kind of angry at something. What could it be, Well the answer is why is he mad. Well you will know pretty soon enough. But i think he's angry because he's seeing Gotham City being destroyed which is very nice and it makes him look more menacing which is very cool. The second photo shows Batman's new flying air vehicle called The Bat that he will be using in the movie. If you remember the scene where CEO Wayne Enterprises member Lucius Fox shows him the new vehicle in the garage. Then you will remember that the vehicle is capable of flying in the air. It's also pretty cool because when it parks then it parks in the exact location of where it needs to be and that's why it just looks pretty cool. Plus the background of Gotham City is very nice. The third photo shows the Batman Logo on the top and Selina Kyle looks like she was beaten up by Bane pretty badly. You can see that blood is coming out of her eyes and is dripping which just makes her sad and she is sad that Batman is also hurt from it as well. It's a very nice touch and i think the blood dripping down the eyes makes this very creepy in it's own kind of way which is pretty cool. The fourth photo shows Batman with the word Batman on the bottom. It looks like Batman is looking at someone and it's very nice. Plus the red background is also very nice to see and look at mostly because it just looks great to look at and it's really nice as well too. The fifth photo shows Batman tossing 3 batarangs which are his weapons in the air while Catwoman and Bane are shown behind him. Bane is shown running and Catwoman is shown holding a gun. It looks very cool because we also get to see the background of Gotham City as well too which is very nice. The sixth photo shows Bane holding his arms together and it's pretty cool. Bane will destroy the world with his device and it's pretty cool because he will do his plan when he does it and it will be put to motion which is very nice. But we also get to see Bane's face and the background of Gotham City which is very nice as well too. Then the seventh photo shows Bane standing on top of a tower and has the words Bane printed on the top and some spotlights behind him which is very nice. He will destroy the world with his Doomsday device and his plan will go to motion if he does succeed in it. Bane looks menacing as well too which is very nice. Stay tuned for more news like this.

Okay so i know this is not official at all. But the actor Matthew Modine has decided to share a fan made movie poster on his Twitter account showing the police commissioner Nixon Foley. I like the words Rise on this and the rain looks the same as it's dripping everywhere which is a nice effect. From what i can tell this is the same movie poster where we saw Batman, Catwoman, And Bane standing in, And now we have Nixon Foley standing in one as well which is very nice considering he will lead his police team in the movie. Okay so the new movie will be coming out on July 20th, 2012, And Warner Bros have just released an official third brand new French movie trailer which is in French. The language may be pretty difficult to learn or understand as it's in French. I do not know what they are saying and i don't really know because i have not learned it yet. But what i do know is that this is very cool to see and look at because it's got plenty of new footage and scenes in it with Catwoman, Batman, And Bane, Enjoy!

Scholastic Publishing have just released some more brand new photos featuring an upcoming preview for their new books that they will soon be releasing. But there is one surprise to this and that is Batman's new weapon. As you can tell people were guessing a lot about what type of weapon Batman will use in this movie to take down bad guys. Well since there is a special scene in the book where Batman neutralizes and he fires out a electro magnetic pulse then that's the weapon that will kill off the power of the motorcycles and will disable anything across from it's range. The device looks a little similar to what Batman previously had before and it looks pretty nice. Of course the device is pretty dangerous and is used by Batman as well when he gets the bad guys or criminals with it. Stay tuned for more news like this.
